Dasha worked as the lead content strategist for New York based brand incubator. XRC Labs is an innovation accelerator for the next generation of disruptors in the retail and consumer goods sectors. A venture sponsored by world class retailers and brands as well as founding sponsor organizations Kurt Salmon and the Parsons School of Design at the New School, we have created a first of its kind design-centric innovation ecosystem for the retail and consumer goods industries.
Dasha's role as the in-house lead copywriter for the brand incubator required her to work on 10-12 client projets per quarter, developing original content and creating the voice for over 20+ brands within the 10-week program per year. She recognized client challenges and concerns to find a solution in their digital content and brand voice, to establish a product and brand user engagement. She was the first and last point of contact for all submissions for publication.
This was one of Dasha's most challenging and exciting roles because it took branding and developing a voice for each company from the ground up. She delegated our copy projects, organized and led pitch meetings, as well as developed branding marketing plans.

Additionally, Dasha was the content creator for all the writing on the XRC website, and the main writer and editor for the XRC Labs blog. She wrote 3 weekly posts for the blog, some being part of a unique post-series she titled Bonding with Beverages, Art Space, and Office Updates. Each series covers a different behind-the-scenes category within the XRC company: Bonding with Beverages covered company excursions, Art Space is an appreciation for the art in the office that is donated by various artists, and Office Updates is as the name says.
